Committees:
To assist in the performance of its responsibilities, the Board appoints standing and special committees. The current committees are: Audit, Finance, Golf Advisory, and Emergency Preparedness. Committee members are appointed by the Board.

An important function of the committees is to provide a forum where residents may voice their opinions of planning or current operations.

Staff:
The Golden Rain Foundation is a self-managed organization, e.g., the Board has employed a manager, whose title is Chief Executive Officer, who is delegated the responsibility for general supervision, direction and control of the affairs of the Foundation. The Chief Executive Officer reports to the Board, and all other staff report to the Chief Executive Officer or to division directors and department managers. There are approximately 450 full and part-time employees.
